Please take this as advice to your own risk. I don’t recommend you waist train due to long term effects/short term effects. Waist training can cause some of these issues, of course not everyone can experience these symptoms but all these things are especially possible. Keep in mind that corset training and waist training are different but depending on how you train, you can end up with any of these 10 symptoms. From someone that has previously waist-trained for years, I can say I did and have developed some of these symptoms due to a trainer. I will say there are some, as mentioned in the video that can be less harmful. At the end of the day, waist training is your choice but I think you should just beware of some of the possible dangers that can result from it.
